I have nothing but good to say about Munsterman but let me tell about our thinking and how we came to this conclusion. We did a lot of shopping around the Blue Springs area including KC Mo area Independence and Lee Summit for a good used car. We saw a lot of used car lots that had cars in our price range. The problems that we saw at a lot of these lots was the condition of the cars. They were dirty not just outside but inside also. One car we looked at had looked like a full kindergarten class had been let loose in it. We had kinda settled on one lot and car but decided to look at Munsterman Auto the sight that we had been using did not include their lot so we had been overlooking it. They had a car that we had been looking for the VW Jetta. This car was a little out of our price range and we wanted to just purchase no financing. The first impression just looking inside and out of the car was that it had been detailed nicely it was a little dirty but winter and cold weather that is what you get. Sam is who started working with us on the car. We took it for a drive and left to talk about it some more. We decided to go in and talk with them about the price Sam was busy but Michael was more than happy to talk with us. We explained where we were on price and he met us no problem. Today we drove off the lot with a one owner, proven by the title and other paperwork in the car, great 2006 VW Jetta. Yes it has a few issues in the fit and finish just like any 12 year old car would have but nothing any where near major. When we were getting the paperwork finnished the lady in the office cleared the ice off thw windshields and got it pulled up for us. I wouldsay the only thing that I would ding them for is I would like to see them send out proud new owners with a full tank of fuel just kinda like a final big thank you. It was a great experience amd felt like a family experience in some cases better lol.

I feel like these are down to earth people who will work to help you. Small office, but clean cut friendly staff. Family business, but the kind of people you’d want to work with more than once.
